Cancellations of Orders.
Customers wishing to cancel their order are entitled to a full refund, provided they cancel within 7 working days of receipt the goods.

Cancellation must be in writing and by post or email to the address shown on this page.

Goods must be returned (also to the address shown) and should be unused and in their original condition.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Following receipt of an order cancellation, payment will be refunded to the customer's account within 7 working days and will appear on your statement as 'NOCHEX'.
